Terms of service

LMSP Detailing is a one-person mobile wash. Landon Palmer comes to your driveway in Pasadena and the west San Gabriel Valley. There is no shop and no crew.

Using the site or asking for a time means you have read these terms.

The prices on the site are the menu for a normal vehicle of that size. The price can change if the car is larger or dirtier than you described. Landon confirms the price before the work starts.

More than 20 miles from Pasadena adds $20.

Add-ons are extra. Clay happens only if the paint feels rough and you agree. A carpet scrub is spray and a drill brush. It is not extraction.

Email [email protected] with the vehicle and two times that work. Nothing is booked until he confirms a time. He books two cars a day, so the description you send is what the time is based on.

A wash needs your hose and an outdoor outlet. An interior-only job needs the outlet and does not need the hose. The vehicle should be where he can work on it, with room to walk around it.

The spray sealant helps water sheet off for a few weeks. It is not a ceramic coating. The job is a hand wash, the wheels, and a wipe inside when that is what you booked. It is not a promise to remove every stain, scratch, odor, or mark that was already there.

If he sees damage or heavy soil before he starts, he will tell you. He is not responsible for damage that was already on the vehicle, or for items left inside it.

Pay when the job is done. Cash, Zelle, or card. That includes all cards, tap to pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless. Zelle goes to the phone number or email on the site.

Text as soon as you can if you need to move or cancel the time. He only has two jobs a day.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are 8am to 6pm. Thursday is 8am to 4pm. Saturday and Sunday are closed.

The site is there so you can read the menu and ask for a time. Prices and hours on the site can be updated. Do not copy the site and present it as your own.
